Livewire is a group for young folk who are Year 8 and above.
We meet once a month and our nights consist of games, food and an epilogue from God's Word.
We have started again since July 2021, and since then we have participated in various activities:-
July '21 - The Lake, Kilrea
August '21 - Games Night at White Rocks Beach
October '21 - Movie Night @ The Den
November '21 - Ten-Pin Bowling @ The Jet Centre, then McDonalds
December '21 - Christmas Moving Meal
February '22 - BOMB (Believers on Mountain Bikes)
March '22 - Hungry Humans @ Church Hall
April '22 - Youth Weekend @ Manor House, Moneymore
with activities at Jungle NI
If you are age 11 or above, or know of someone who would like to come to Livewire, we'd love you to join us.
Our aim is to share our love for Jesus with these young people. We want them to claim Livewire as their own, a group where they feel comfortable and can build relationships with each other and with God. It is our prayer that He will speak to them through us and that they too may put their trust in Him; we will encourage them as they mature in their faith.
1 Timothy 4v12 - "Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity."
